Sick Sling
Loving the Speed Sling. Carries my EDC items better than my other slings and the package that arrived showed the level of quality this has immediately. Reminded me of my record collecting/selling days when you need to ship with a high level of protection for picky collectors. Money well spent
This is a great bag, and is my third bag in this category. It is masculine and comfortable, and somehow holds more in it than what seems possible. I would like strips of hook and loop between the molle rows, but not having them isn't worth removing a star from my review.
about time
I have been waiting for the smaller sling from you guys for so damn long, and this does NOT disappoint. I love this bag.
EDC craftsmanship
As of this writing, I have owned the speed sling for 2 weeks (purchased March 20, 2024). I wanted to use it for a while before I gave my honest opinion. I've not taken the bag to a lot of places. But if you like something, you'll know. I'm not used to a sling bag. I've owned the Tacsac 13, Tacsac 11, and the Man Bag, Dammit (MBD). So, I've grown used to having a bag resting on my hip while wearing the bag. When walking, I slide the bag to my back. But when standing, like in a line at the store, I slide the bag to my side. So far, the Tacsac was the perfect bag for me (still is in many ways). However....the speed sling has proven its worth by being just as advertised. Speedy. I can see the utility in having it resting higher on your back when walking and sliding it forward resting on your chest when needing access to something. When I wore the MBD, I would bring the bag up higher closer to my chest anyway when trying to get to something. So, not much difference there. Besides, the speed sling looks almost identical to the MBD outwardly (small differences). So, the aesthetic change wasn't that far of a departure. I like that it has the MOLLE loops inside, just like my Tacsac. I really like that. VERY useful. The only thing I would say about the MOLLE on the inside is I wish that Nutsac would have sewn in 3 rows, instead of 2. But, I'm guessing that that would not have been possible given the size of the height of the bag. If they did, it maybe would have comprised the compactness of the bag. But other than that, I've grown to really like the bag once I got over the change from the Tacsac. I still would like to use my Tacsac if I'm going to go somewhere where I need to take more things with me (books, notebooks, etc). Great job, Nutsac!
